UPI, through our payment partner MMADPay, and cash on delivery. UPI works with any app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's own. There is no extra charge for cash on delivery.
Yes. Every price on the site includes GST, and shipping is free. The number on the product page is the number you pay — nothing is added at the last step. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice inside your parcel.
The whole site runs on HTTPS. UPI transactions are handled end to end by the gateway; we never see or store a UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card number or banking credential. We keep only the transaction reference, so we can reconcile and refund.
Almost always a bank-side timeout, a daily UPI limit, or a temporary outage in the app. Nothing is deducted when this happens. Retry, switch to a different UPI app, or choose cash on delivery.
Yes, at no charge, as long as it has not been dispatched. Write to support@aretashub.com with your order reference. Once a parcel is with the courier, it can only be handled as a return after delivery.
No. Checkout is guest-only, so there is no password to remember and we store less of your data. Every order works from its reference, which is in your confirmation email. Orders placed on a device are also listed on your account page for quick tracking.
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum value and no cash-on-delivery fee.
We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Standard delivery is 5–9 business days from dispatch: 3–5 days to metro and Tier-1 cities, 7–9 to remote PIN codes.
We ship to every PIN code our logistics partners serve, which is most of India. Enter yours at checkout and you will be told immediately if it cannot be served.
You get an email with the carrier and AWB number when the parcel leaves us. You can also check any time on the track order page using your reference. See the full shipping policy for timelines and charges.

Seven days from delivery, on any piece that is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Innerwear and socks are excluded on hygiene grounds. The full refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Yes, and it is free. Start a return and tell us the size you want instead. Subject to stock, the replacement goes out within five business days of the original piece reaching us. If your size has sold out, we refund.
Once the returned piece is inspected, the refund is initiated within seven business days and reaches your original payment method within a further 7–10 business days. UPI refunds go back to the same UPI ID; cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by NEFT.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at support@aretashub.com. We arrange a free pickup and either replace or refund in full within seven business days, whichever you prefer.
Sizes on each product page are read directly from that product's own size information, so what you see is what the maker specifies for that garment. Where measurements are published, they appear under "Measurements" on the product page. Below are the standard runs we work to.

Boys grow faster than any chart allows for. If your son is between ages, size up — our boyswear cloth is pre-shrunk, so it will not close the gap for you.
Where a product is sized like 32x34, the first number is the waist in inches and the second is the inside leg (inseam). If only one number is shown, it is the waist and the inseam is our standard 32 inches.
Because that is how the garment itself is sized. Boyswear is usually cut to age or height, menswear to alpha or waist sizes. Each product page shows the run that actually applies to that piece rather than a generic list.
Boyswear is pre-shrunk, but a hot wash will still shorten its life.
Our cottons are pre-shrunk, so expect no more than the usual 1–2% after the first wash if you follow the care instructions. Hot water and a hot dryer will do more than that, to any cotton garment.
Mostly cotton and cotton blends chosen for Indian weather — breathable, opaque after washing, and heavy enough to hold a shape. Each product page lists the specific fabric under "Specification".
