In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity; “you” and “your” mean the person using the Website or buying from it.
By browsing the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Where you are buying boyswear, you do so as the adult purchaser; a minor may not transact on the Website independently.
Product descriptions, fabric compositions, photographs and stock status are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and a small variation between the photograph and the garment is normal in dyed cloth.
Size options shown on a product page are drawn from the product record where stock is held by size, and are otherwise parsed automatically from the manufacturer's description — alpha sizes, numeric waists, waist and inseam pairs, and age bands for boyswear. Published measurements are indicative and subject to standard manufacturing tolerance of roughly half an inch. Where a size proves wrong, the exchange route in clause 09 applies.
We may correct errors, revise specifications, or decline an order at our discretion, including where a product has been listed at a manifestly incorrect price. Where we decline, any amount paid is refunded in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping is free on every order and no Cash-on-Delivery fee is charged. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes and charges, is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm the order, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
A GST invoice is issued with every order. We do not advertise misleading discounts: where a struck-through price is displayed it reflects the maximum retail or recommended price for that item.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a concluded contract. The contract forms only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order — for example where stock has run out, the PIN code is not serviceable, or the order is flagged as fraudulent — and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
UPI transactions are handled end to end by the gateway. We do not receive or store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card number or banking credential. Where a payment is debited but the order does not confirm, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank, ordinarily within 3–5 working days; send us the reference and we will pursue it with the gateway alongside you.
We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes, free of charge, dispatching within 24 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from dispatch. Timelines are estimates provided by our carriers rather than guarantees. Full detail, including what happens to failed deliveries, is in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Eligible garments may be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund, or exchanged for another size, with free reverse pickup. Excluded categories, refund timelines and the procedure are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on the Website — text, photography, illustration, layout, the Aretas Hub name and the tagline “Menswear & Boyswear, Built To Be Worn” — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.
If you send us a review, photograph, comment or other material, you confirm it is yours to give and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Website and our marketing. We may decline or remove submitted content at our discretion, particularly anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product purchased from the Website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, or from your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Website.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, epidemic, internet or power failure, or the directions of a government authority. Where such an event prevents delivery of an undispatched order, you may cancel it for a full refund.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version takes effect from the date it is posted here, and applies to orders placed after that date. Orders already confirmed remain governed by the Terms in force when they were placed. Continued use of the Website after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Before commencing proceedings, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer through the Grievance Redressal procedure. Most things are settled there in a fortnight.
